What Music Wizard is
Music Wizard is a web application for creating and running YouTube music channels: lofi, ambient, background jazz, sleep noise and similar styles. You set up the channel once (name, scene, visual style, music style, colors and publishing language), and the application uses artificial intelligence to generate material for its videos:
- Branding images: logo and banner options.
- The main frame for the videos, which you can generate or upload yourself.
- A short looping animation made from that frame.
- Instrumental music tracks in the channel's style.
- Long videos, put together on our server, that repeat the loop and play the tracks one after another, with a chapter list for the YouTube description.
- Style ideas taken from a public YouTube channel you choose.
Music Wizard does not connect to your YouTube channel or publish anything for you. You download the files and upload them yourself.
We use third-party artificial intelligence services to generate content. These are the current ones, and they may change over time:
- GenAIPro, for images and for animating the frame.
- kie.ai, for music, and for images when GenAIPro fails or is unavailable.
- Google (Gemini), for analyzing images from a YouTube channel you want to use as inspiration.
- OpenRouter, for working out styles from text and for naming songs.
GenAIPro and kie.ai in turn give access to models from other companies, such as Google, OpenAI and Suno.
Your account
By creating an account, including by signing in with Google, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use Music Wizard.
We do not store a copy of these terms for each account. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated, and you can save or print it. The terms are available in Spanish and English.
- You must be at least 18 years old. If we find out that an account belongs to a minor, we will close it.
- Signing up is free. You can sign up with your email and a password of at least 8 characters, or with your Google account. Your name is optional.
- Before you create the account, you can review and correct what you entered in the form. If you later find a mistake in your details, email us at hola@musicwizard.pro and we will fix it.
- The information you give us must be true. Use an email address that belongs to you and that you can access. We do not verify it when you sign up, but it is what identifies your account.
- To sign in with Google, the email address on your Google account must be verified.
- If you sign in with Google using the email address of an existing account, both sign-in methods are linked to that account. If that email address was not verified, we remove the account's password, if it had one, and end its open sessions, for security. If the account is already linked to a different Google account, the two are not linked.
- One account per person. Do not open several accounts to collect welcome credits or get around limits.
- Keep your password secret and do not use it on other sites. If someone uses your account because you did not keep your login details safe, you are responsible. If it happens because of a fault on our side, you are not. If you think someone has got into your account without permission, email us at hola@musicwizard.pro as soon as possible.
- You currently cannot reset your password from the application. If you forget it, email us at hola@musicwizard.pro from your account's email address and we will help you.
Credits
- Your account has a credit balance, which you can see in the application. Credits measure how much you use the generation features.
- Generating content costs credits, and the application shows you how many before you generate. While a generation runs, those credits are reserved in your balance; when it finishes, only what was actually delivered is deducted, and the rest becomes available again. A failed generation does not deduct anything.
- When you create your account, you get welcome credits. The sign-up screen shows how many. They are free: you do not pay for them.
- Credits have no monetary value. You cannot exchange them for money or transfer them to another account.
- You currently cannot buy credits. The credits screen may show packs and prices, but no payment gateway is connected, so you cannot pay. If buying credits becomes possible, you will see the price and terms before you pay, and we will update this document.
- We may change how many credits each feature costs and which packs are offered. Each generation is charged at the price in force when it starts. If a price changes while you have a screen open, that screen may keep showing the previous price until you reload it. A change does not affect what you have already generated.
- If you see a change in your balance that looks wrong, email us at hola@musicwizard.pro and we will look into it.
- We may correct your balance if credits were added by mistake or obtained in breach of these terms. Every correction is recorded.
Purchases outside Music Wizard
The home page links to a paid community hosted on Skool, which offers training and access to the community. You buy and pay for it on Skool. Skool shows the price, what is included and how to pay, and the terms you accept when you buy there apply.
These terms only cover your use of Music Wizard. You do not need to buy anything to create a Music Wizard account.
Links to other sites, such as Skool or YouTube, take you to services we do not control, which have their own terms.
Acceptable use
You must not use Music Wizard to:
- Generate or share content that is illegal, that incites hatred or violence, that harasses or humiliates anyone, or that sexualizes minors.
- Infringe other people's rights, such as intellectual property, trademarks, image rights or privacy. For example, asking it to imitate specific characters, logos or songs, or uploading images you are not allowed to use.
- Pretend to be another person, brand, artist or channel.
- Abuse or harm the service: overload it, introduce malicious code, use bots or scripts, automate requests, or spread your use across several accounts to get around limits, credits or security measures.
- Access or try to access other people's accounts or restricted areas, or test the security of the service without our permission.
- Copy, decompile or reverse engineer Music Wizard, except as far as the law allows.
- Resell access to Music Wizard or give access to others without our permission.
- Get around the usage policies of the AI providers we use. They may reject requests that break those policies, and in that case nothing is generated.
When you publish what you generate, you must also follow the rules of YouTube and of any other platform where you upload it.
Generated content and rights
We do not get any rights over what you provide, such as the text you write or the images you upload, except the permission described at the end of this section.
For the final content you generate with Music Wizard (images, animations, music and assembled videos), we assign to you the exploitation rights we hold, on the same terms on which we receive them from the AI providers we use. Your use of that content is also subject to the acceptable use policies of those providers, who are listed in the section What Music Wizard is.
Because this content is produced with third-party artificial intelligence models, we cannot guarantee:
- That it is exclusive. The models may generate images or music for other users that are similar, or even very similar, to yours.
- That it does not resemble existing works, trademarks or songs. Check it before you use it, especially logos and names.
- That it will not be claimed by automated content identification systems, such as YouTube's Content ID.
- That you can monetize it on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or other platforms. Their policies are outside Music Wizard's control and may change.
- That the law will grant it copyright. Content generated by a machine without enough human input may not be protected, and in that case we can only assign whatever rights exist.
To provide the service, we need to store what you provide and what you generate, process it on our server, and send it to the AI providers when that is needed to generate or assemble content. You give us permission to do this for that purpose only.
References and other channels
You can provide reference material: an image of your own, a written description, or the address of a public YouTube channel whose style you want to draw on. Only provide material you have the right to use. You are responsible for it.
When you enter a YouTube channel:
- We use the YouTube API to read public data about the channel and its most recent videos: name, ID, description, keywords, logo, banner, number of subscribers and videos, titles, tags, durations, views, likes and dates. We also read the thumbnails and frames YouTube publishes for those videos. We do not download the videos.
- An AI model analyzes that text and, where possible, some of those images to suggest a style: scene, lighting, art style and music style. Colors are taken from the images themselves, without AI. The suggestion is copied into your channel's form, and you can change it before generating.
- The images from that channel that you choose as references are sent to the image model with your request, to generate your frames.
- We do not store that channel's data or images in your account. Your channel only keeps what you apply and save.
The reference is there to work out a style, not to copy. Do not use this feature to reproduce another channel, its characters, logos, brand or specific images, or to pretend to be that channel. Before you publish, check that what you generated is not too close to the original. If you publish it, you are responsible.
This feature uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, which you can read at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
Google handles the data from these requests under its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Publishing on YouTube and other platforms
- You decide what you publish, where and how. Music Wizard does not upload anything for you.
- You are responsible for what you publish and for following the law and each platform's rules: community guidelines, copyright, monetization policies, and the rules that require you to disclose when realistic content was made or altered with AI.
- Before you publish, check the text the application prepares, such as the chapter list and the song names.
- We do not guarantee views, subscribers or income, or that your channel will be accepted into a monetization program. Platforms may reject content they consider repetitive or mass-produced, and their policies change.
- If a platform removes your content, restricts your channel or does not let you monetize, that is the platform's decision, and we play no part in it.
Intellectual property in the service
The Music Wizard name and logo, the code, the application's design, its text, the concept galleries and the instructions we give the models to generate content belong to us or we have permission to use them. They are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
While you have an account, we give you permission to use Music Wizard under these terms. This permission is non-exclusive, you cannot transfer it to anyone else, and it gives you no rights over those elements. You may not copy them, distribute them or use them to build a similar service without our written permission.
Third-party trademarks, names and images that appear on the site, such as the YouTube channels shown as examples, belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean they are connected with Music Wizard.
Availability and service changes
- We try to keep Music Wizard working well, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. There may be outages, maintenance or provider failures.
- We rely on third-party AI providers. If one of them fails, changes its terms or stops offering its service, some features may stop working or give different results.
- AI output varies. It does not always turn out as you expect, and how long it takes changes from one time to the next. Depending on the model used, some images come out with a visible watermark.
- We may change, improve or remove features, change the models we use and set usage limits when there is a technical, legal or security reason, or a reason related to our providers. If a change affects you in a significant negative way, we will tell you in advance and you can close your account.
- We store on our server the logo, banner and frame of the channels you save, and the videos you assemble. Everything else, such as options you do not choose, animated clips and individual music tracks, stays on the providers' servers and may stop being available after a few days.
- Music Wizard is not a backup service. Download anything you want to keep. We do not guarantee that files will be stored forever.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. As far as the law allows:
- We are not liable for how you use the generated content or for what you publish.
- We are not liable for decisions YouTube or other platforms make about your channel or your videos, such as removing them, restricting them or not letting you monetize.
- We are not liable for interruptions or failures we cannot prevent with reasonable care, such as a general outage at an AI provider, or for events of force majeure.
- If you use Music Wizard as a business or professional, we are not liable for lost income, audience, monetization or business opportunities, or for other indirect damage, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us for Music Wizard in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing above limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited: liability arising from willful misconduct or gross negligence, liability for harm to a person's life, health or physical integrity, or the rights consumer protection law gives you if you are a consumer.
You, in turn, are liable for any damage you cause by breaching these terms or the law, including third-party claims over the material you provide or what you publish.
Suspension and closing your account
- You can stop using Music Wizard at any time, at no cost. To delete your account, email us at hola@musicwizard.pro from the email address you signed up with. This cannot currently be done from the application.
- Before you ask us to close your account, download anything you want to keep. We will delete the account and its data, except what the law requires us to keep. The details are in the privacy policy.
- We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or the law, if your use puts the security of the service or other people at risk, or if an authority asks us to. Where possible, we will tell you in advance and explain why.
- If we stop offering Music Wizard, we will give you reasonable notice so you can download your content.
- When your account is closed, you lose any remaining credits, which have no monetary value, and access to stored files. The assignment of rights over content you have already generated stays in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when there is a reason to, such as changes to the service, the law or our providers' terms, or for security. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date it was last updated.
If a change is significant, we will email you at your account's address, with reasonable notice before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account at no cost before that date. If you keep using Music Wizard after that date, you are considered to have accepted the new version. No change affects your rights over content you have already generated.
Governing law and courts
- These terms are governed by Spanish law.
- If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts that have jurisdiction under the law, which are normally those where you live. If you live in another European Union country, you keep the protection that the mandatory laws of that country give you.
- If you are not a consumer, both parties submit to the courts of the place where the owner is domiciled, as shown at the start of this document.
- If you have a problem with the service, email us at hola@musicwizard.pro. We will reply as soon as possible, and within one month at the latest. If you are a consumer, you can also contact public consumer services, such as your local council's consumer information office or the consumer affairs service of your autonomous community (region).
Contact
Email us at hola@musicwizard.pro with any questions about these terms or your account. This is currently the only contact method that works: the support form in the application does not send messages yet.
Use the same address to tell us about content or use of Music Wizard that you believe is illegal or infringes your rights or someone else's. Tell us what it is and why, and we will review it.
